300€ deposit upon reservation for apartments/bungalows, 500€ for villas.
The total amount of the rental upon occupation.
The deposit is returned 3 days after the check-out.
Cancellation
50% of the Deposit is returned on cancellation ONLY in case the property is rented out on the same dates, discounting reservation fees.
Discounts
On more than 3 weeks stays(except high season) and monthly prices in low season
